How do I fix my new door handle?
i recently acquired a Baldwin door handle and installed it. but I think they have problems with the latch. on going in but not back out. I think the problem with the axis could be inside. has two separate parts. are supposed to rotate freely or are supposed to kind of get stuck? Ould this is the problem?
Try backing the two long screws out a half turn or so. if too tight to jam up the works. I'm betting dime per dollar fix the problem. give it a try.
