Cost Basement Remodeling Project

How much will my basement remodeling project cost me? Well, that depends on the amount of the current work being willing to do the same and, what their fancy new basement will be? Will it have a bathroom? Will a bar area of luxury? Will a home theater? A gym? A home office?? Only you know the answers to these questions!

But As a general rule, if you are doing most of the work itself, then I have a list of what you can expect to spend for each different phase of work. These prices are prices of my own staff, the prices really used to estimate the cost of finishing basement projects my basement remodeling company asked the tender-on! At the end of the list, also give you a subcontractor estimate (labor only) prices of the phases of the work that you may not want to do against yourself! Get out your calculator, here we go:

I have obviously included everything you need here to finish a basement project! Some of these things may already have at home! But if you had none of these elements, this is what you need to put the whole project together!

I should add that this is my list of materials for a project which has the following design criteria basement of employment:

1.) Work has a bathroom w / a sewage ejector system
2.) The work has an eating bar w / a pump system tray
3.) Work is approximately 800 square feet of finished area
4.) Work has 4 interior doors necessary
5.) Work has a tiled bathroom floor being installed
6.) The ceilings in the basement are plasterboard
7.) The work has 2 birch shelves are built and installed
8.) The basement has a floor to ceiling height of about 9 or less
9.) The Basement needs an "exit out" of the window or door to pass local code permits
10.) Some phases of the project may or may not be terminated by owner (hence the prices of labor)

Door hinge problem, it stops now partly open Why?

I had to remove an interior door to do some drywalling work, so I removed the 2 pins and moved to the door of the room. Usually closed to stop the door. When I returned to the back door to its frame and put the pin back, leaving the door is closed still about 4 "open. I see the hinges emphasis on each other at this point. Sloppy at the bottom and top of the tight fit. I can not understand what to do to fix it. I tried to loosen the screws and see what hinges "want to do to correct this situation, but shows nothing in the way of torque. The hinges work properly. As I said, all I did was remove the pins. Do I need to fit in below the hinge.

try to change the pins. One can be used more than the other. Could have been a wedge in which it fell? Could be a moisture problem at home or when the door was stored that could have caused the swelling?
