How to install buttons door lock on a car?

I just bought a 2008 Pontiac G6 GT 4-door a little over a week. I wanted to put in 4 buttons lock the door aftermarket. I tried to twist factories, but not out, although I did not want to throw too hard and break it. They are the vertical (up and down) locks. There must be a way to do this without removing the door panel, but I'm not sure how.

They do not spin, but do not have issues like the old school. They are required in the factory and can be started without holding the rod inside the door panel, but it takes some patience. Try one or two drops of Gorilla Glue to ensure they stay there, but make sure they are long enough and completely break the door before doing so, or the doors can not block completely.
