What cars are offering "biometric keys?

My uncle has a Toyota Prius and is created for the key in your pocket you can touch the handle and the door is unlocked and then he goes and pushes a button to turn the car. I looked at the Volvo C30 and found a similar system. What other cars and SUV's with this technology? Does anyone know where I can find a list or make a list? Thanks!

That is a very general question. New cars (as in the newly designed) cars over $ 25K we have provided. The only that do not conform to this the Honda and GM. Most other brands are available. They are called "key rings" of course.
