Picking a Schlage door lock

Can anyone help with the installation of doors Schlage Lock?

I installed two Schlage locks and with so much at the time of closing with the key, the knob locks outside, but inside turns yet known. When the block from the inside, again the control is locked out, but still within the tour. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling a dozen times without success.

Kwickset is a lock easier to get through Schlage then in a number of ways.
