This bread is easy to use and easy to clean. The food does not stick and the interior does not disappear when clean. It's fun to cook and the food is very well. I love my grill pan!

I've been looking for an iron grill pan, but I have a ceramic cooktop, cast iron is usually a no-no. But after much searching, I found that the enamel coated cast iron is good to use, and had high words. Kill me in my search, and found this pan Cuisenart have all the attributes of the higher prices, and Amazon had the best price ..... so ordered.
I have for 2 weeks, and is quickly becoming my favorite pan. It grills burgers, fish and chicken perfectly. It even has a pouring spout for excess fat (which runs off of food, a great advantage in health department!).

With all the rain we've had, I have not missed the grill out at all. And what makes the best of Panini, so you do not need another little thing expensive in your kitchen. Get your sandwich loaded, put it in this situation, and weigh down with something (I use a bacon press, but you can use another heavy bottomed pan in place). Flip it once, and ending with a wonderful crunchy snack .... uniformly melted and surprising!

Tip: Preheat before use, but do not use this bread "dry." I pre-spray with Pam before heating, and spread butter or oil in the food I cook.
