What Are Vertical Lambo Doors?

As the name implies, vertical lambo doors open vertically, as opposed to horizontally as standard cars do. This is done by using very different hinges from regular stock doors. Vertical door kits replace the car's factory door hinges, to transform your boring horizontal door into an exotic high class door. These lambo doors stay open by utilizing a gas shock (one per door), similar to the struts of your car hood. Once on, your vertical doors will open about halfway horizontally, then will be pushed up vertically anywhere from a 75 to 90 degree angle, depending on whether you installed with a bolt-on conversion kit or a universal kit.
Bolt-on and Weld-on Vertical Door Kits
Bolt-on vertical doors are made vehicle specific, and you will need to check on the site if they are available for your car. Universal weld-on kits will fit on 99% of all cars, however. It is important to do your due diligence before settling on which one, as a bolt-on could not fit onto a car that was previously welded. Other than that, there are no differences between a bolt-on conversion kit and a weld-on conversion kit. The main differences being that the weld-on kit has extra items for it to help convert the car to be able to hold a bolt-on kit.
