Levers offer some versatility when your arms are full, but they are kinda of bussinessy. Knobs are traditional easy and logical, but can be frustrating to turn if you are carrying something. So which is best for indoor household doors?
Ronald: I tend to think that knobs look more attractive. Many places I've worked at have used levers. It gives an unhomley feel to it which I don't favor and you're right about them being more expensive. I do agree with the usefullness of levers, but as to getting them for my whole house is what is in question. I'm an old fashioned kind of guy, but we'll see.
Seer eyus the benefits of levers lock door handle are good, making the door easy to open, if hands are full or wet, you can easily open door with elbow and foot. They also make easy access to bathroom for elder person. The another reason they are more attractive, but do cost more.
